The World's Intermission

As the world falls victim to a global pandemic, a Black family draws closer together in the walls of their own home. They examine the crumbling world around them, the dangers new and old, and try to find a small bit of hope to wrestle through the answer to the ultimate question: What happens when the world opens up?

This one act play is a part of the Society of the Performing Arts Houston Commission Project Series.
